We begin with the initial risk assessment survey. Each survey report includes recommendations for the customer to strengthen loss control programs. The initial report establishes a baseline for the customer to work from. If the client needs assistance in complying with recommendations, strengthening their risk control program or the carrier wants to provide "value-added" services, we can help. Loss control services include:

• Commercial fleets: Review program and overall effectiveness, complete site location checks to verify field implementation of program, accident and incident reviews, and assist clients in developing or strengthening fleet safety programs.
• Construction and renovation: Incorporate effective loss control programs into new construction or renovation projects, project design reviews, risk transfer, and ongoing on-site loss prevention inspection services for property and general liability.
• Product liability: Review risk control program and assist in strengthening and maximizing program effectiveness including incident and claim investigations.
• General liability: Trip, slip and fall loss prevention, risk transfer, incident response and fire life safety consulting.
• Property: On-site property conservation inspections, fire protection system inspection, water damage prevention and building reconstruction appraisal services - including virtual reconstruction costs estimation for multi-location risks.
• Training: Virtual or on-site training is available on a wide variety of training programs including and not limited to: accident and incident investigation, fire prevention, building accountability into loss control programs and measuring results.

Planning for emergencies and natural disasters can play a key role in helping a business survive. Forward Risk can assist customers in development of emergency response or business continuity plans.
• Green building educational assistance: LEED, GREEN GLOBES and, ENERGY STAR are some of the green building design guidelines. We can help clients understand the myriad of different green options, so they can make the best decision for their green building goals.
• Service summary reviews: An annual summary letter report is available to remind clients of the loss control services they received and recognize their loss prevention efforts. The report is prepared prior to renewal so that the carrier can incorporate with their renewal terms.
